On October 24 people across the globe will be supporting various events, rallies, and demonstrations, in order to bring awareness about climate change.

The number that is signifying this global event is 350, which means that climate scientists are now saying that we need to reduce carbon dioxide emissions below 350 parts per million, if we wish to have a planet that our children and grandchildren can recognize and survive on. In Kansas City on Saturday October 24th there will be a rally at Mill Creek Park on the Plaza (Cleaver II Blvd., & J.C. Nichols Parkway) from 2-4 p.m. You can be part of a group photo that will be shown around the world.
